FULL SCREEN PHOTO & VIDEO GALLERY
★ Full screen photo gallery (nothing obscuring photo), in any iPad orientation.
★ Use as a digital photo frame. Enter full screen with a single tap or pinch out and the app won’t go to sleep.

HD PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
★ Watch any video in fullscreen.
★ If the owner allows, you can download high res photos, and even the original. Looks great on the new iPad!

INTERACTION
★ Pre-loads photos for a fast browsing experience, better than the web experience and most other Flickr apps.

EXPLORE
★ Explore Flickr’s interesting photos today, or from any date, since it began!, or view recent photos uploaded to Flickr.
★ Connect to your Flickr account to view all your photos, favourites, sets, collection, tags, galleries and contacts (and their photos)
★ .. or follow the user of a photo and see all their Flickr account photos and videos.

GROUPS
★ See what groups and sets a photo belongs too.
★ Join or leave groups.
★ Load all the photos from a group.

COMMENTS
★ Participate in a discussion for each photo – read comments and leave your own comments.
★ Click one of your own comments to bring up a menu to delete your comment
★ Click a comment to looad the user for any comment.

FAVOURITES
★ Save photos to your Flickr favourites, and remove them.
★ Load yours or anyones favourites into the gallery.

HISTORY
★ Saves a history of the galleries you have viewed for you to access again later.
★ Also saves history of searches for you to reload later, you can swipe to delete items in your history.

PHOTO DETAILS
★ Tap or pinch to pause the gallery and interact with a photo and it’s details.
★ View the owner, dates, description, how many like it, its location…
★ See the tags of a photo, and click the tag to load more photos with this tag
★ See what groups and sets a photo is part of
★ View the camera EXIF data… find out the camera settings used to take this picture, and what camera!

SHARING
★ Share photos by email, Facebook, Twitter – or save to your device (where the owner allows this).

We strive for perfection, but sometimes we make mistakes. Please contact us first if you have any problems. There is an email link within the app to support@devedup.com. If you leave a negative review on the app store, we can’t contact each other to resolve the issue.

Requirements

An iPad with iOS version 4.0 or higher. (Sorry 3.2 users, you should plug your iPad into iTunes and upgrade)

An internet connection is required to connect to Flickr. Please be aware that it could generate a lot of traffic, so we recommend running it over WiFi. When using a 3G connection your service provider may compress the images making them appear lower quality.

We are a team of two people, who have regular jobs and family – so we do this in what time we have left, because it is what we love to do!

HD PHOTOS & VIDEOS
★ Download photos of all sizes available, including the original HD size, if the owner allows this.
★ The Gallery now support Video. You can watch any video on flickr.
★ On loading a user, or your own account – you can filter the content and just view videos.

SEARCH IMPROVED: PHOTOS, GROUPS & USERS
★ Search page has now been re-written to include a large selection of search options that you will recognise from Flickr.com. Search for photos, videos, groups and people and filter your results.

GALLERIES
★ See your galleries and the galleries of any user.

CONTACTS
★ They were limited to 1000 results, now you can pull up to load more.

MINOR IMPROVEMENTS
★ We modified how we cache data. Previously we had a cache expiration policy, we in a lot of cases was very short, so data was being loaded
unnecessarily. We now cache data indefinitely, and you can ‘pull to refresh’ the views to reload. It’s much faster this way!
★ Settings shows disk cache usage, and allows you to clear it.
★ Increased the menu popover height, to make it easier to use.
★ Also, when the popover is visible, pause the gallery on current image and continue when it’s dismissed

FIXES
✓ Fixed some consistency of fonts.
✓ Users group lists were not displaying unless you were logged in. This is now resolved, and will display their public groups if you haven’t logged into your Flickr account.
✓ Fixed a login problem with iOS 4.

✓ Fixed the inability to delete contacts from a filtered list.

IMPROVEMENTS
★ Improved the feedback when experiencing connection problems to Flickr. If the app is having trouble downloading galleries, it will retry a number of times and let you know it is having trouble!
★ Quickly view recent photos from your friends or all your contacts.

★ See what groups and sets a photo belongs too.
★ Join or leave groups.
★ Load all the photos from a group.
★ See yours and others collections.
